Delhi police and municipal corporations now very much busy removing posters of Aam Aadmi Party. This is clear indication how much both Congress and BJP fears of AAP.

Finally Aam Aadmi Party has moved Delhi high court over poster issue. For AAP Prashant Bhushan said that: This move denies the right to freedom of speech of the citizen and the restriction should be set aside immediately.

He said:  Police and municipal corporations must be restrained from removing posters from houses under the garb of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property (DPDP) Act. The plea alleged that the said process of removal is a clear violation of the fundamental right of freedom of Speech and Expression guaranteed to every citizen of India under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India.
